Audits
The audits are perfomed through check lists that are based on the rules provided by Ministry of Agricultre and Rural Affairs regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices; and each check list is re-designed based on the scope and need of the individual business to be visited.
The scope of Hygiene/Sanitation and HACCP audits include:
- Catering services, hotels and restaurants, school canteens, fast food sector, chain market setc. That produce, stock and sell foods as well as establishments that provider awmaterials and products to these places and,
Is based on the detailed checks of:
- Incoming material controls, stocking/warehousing controls, production facilities, selling and serving facilites,
- cleaning, disinfectation, pestcontrol, waste management, equipment, physical controls, personel health and good hygiene controls.
