Sample Collection Services
All hygiene checks and audits can be compined with sample collection for analysis in the laboratory. The samples can be such as;
- raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products,
- process water, potable water, tap water, pool water,
- swabs from hands of personel orequipment for microbial checks,
- soap and detergant samples for effectiveness check setc.
All samples are collected at the related locations according to aseptic conditions by the tarined and experiences personel of Manhan Food Control Laboratory.
Also the microbial checks of the ambient air in the production and food service areas can be performed.
